Inbox rules for Gmail, Outlook, and Exchange.
Create conditions on sender, domain, or subject, then trash, archive, or move matching mail. Outlook and Exchange can use native inbox rules; Gmail and other IMAP brands apply rules in re4box. re4box does not compose or send email.
Native filters
Write the same rules into Outlook and Exchange inbox rules so they keep working in the mailbox itself. Gmail and other IMAP brands use app-password rules stored only in re4box.
Bulk actions
One-shot cleanups: trash, archive, or mark as read groups of mail you confirm. On Outlook, Exchange, and non-Gmail IMAP you can also permanently delete. Gmail uses Trash, not permanent delete.
