Terms of Service — re4gallery

1. Description of Service

re4gallery is a local photo and video album organizer from Emre Space (emrespace.com). It lets you browse albums on this device, move media, create folders, use Quick Erase, and optionally organize media with on-device AI.

Optional features include Google Sign-in, a one-time Remove ads purchase, and AdMob native ads on the free Quick Erase flow.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). The Service is not directed to children.

3. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy at https://www.emrespace.com/en/re4gallery/privacy_policy (Turkish: https://www.emrespace.com/tr/re4gallery/privacy_policy) explains how we collect and process information. It is part of these Terms.

4. Photo and video access

You authorize re4gallery to access photos and videos on this device so we can list albums, show media, move or create folders, run Quick Erase, and run organization features you start. On supported Android versions you may grant partial / selected media access.

You represent that you are authorized to manage the media you organize. Media stays on your device.

5. AI organization

On-device models process selected media locally. Suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate. You remain responsible for reviewing results before applying moves.

AI output quality depends on the model, device, and the photos you process. We may require a minimum app version. We do not warrant that every photo will be classified or that every job will complete.

6. Media changes and Quick Erase

Moves, album creation, and Quick Erase change files on your device through the system media store. Deletes use the platform delete flow and may be irreversible after you confirm. We are not liable for accidental data loss resulting from actions you confirm.

7. Purchases

re4gallery may offer optional one-time Google Play products, including a non-consumable Remove ads purchase. Prices, taxes, and availability are shown in Google Play at the time of purchase; we do not freeze those prices in these Terms.

Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Restore and entitlement checks use RevenueCat together with Play. Deleting the re4gallery account or uninstalling the app does not refund a Play purchase. Google, not Emre Space, sets store commissions and billing mechanics.

These products are not auto-renewing subscriptions.

8. Advertising

Free users may see native ads from Google AdMob in Quick Erase. A successful Remove ads purchase turns ads off. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, a consent prompt may appear before ads are requested.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with Google’s and Google Play’s policies. You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or the Remove ads purchase.
• Upload or process media you are not authorized to manage.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties, including Google (Sign-in, Firebase, AdMob, Play), RevenueCat, Vercel, and Neon. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. Outages, quota limits, or policy changes at those providers may affect re4gallery.

11. Service availability and updates

The Service is provided “as is”. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete processing of every photo, or that every on-device job will succeed. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

We may require you to install a minimum app version (force update) before you can keep using the Service. Older builds may stop working when that gate is enabled.

12. Account deletion and termination

You may use re4gallery without an account. If you sign in, you may permanently delete the re4gallery account from Settings or at https://re4gallery.vercel.app/delete-account (Google identity verification).

Deleting re4gallery data does not delete photos remaining on your device, and does not cancel or refund a Google Play purchase. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so to protect the Service or comply with law.

13. Intellectual property

The re4gallery application, name, branding, and related materials are owned by Emre Space. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own media organization as described in these Terms.

Your photos and videos remain yours. Using the Service does not transfer ownership of your media to Emre Space.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of media resulting from moves, Quick Erase, on-device organize, or third-party outages.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
